DELIVERY COVERAGE

Kanika are now providing delivering our products to *Whole West Malaysia using Frozen Truck to ensure the quality of the products.
RM200 FREE Delivery to KL & Klang Valley (Effective from 15 May 2022)

RM250 FREE Delivery to Penang, Perak, Selangor, N. Sembilan, Melaka and Johor

Pahang – RM50

KL – RM20

Selangor – RM25

Melaka – RM35

Seremban -RM35

Perak – RM40

DELIVERY PROCEDURE

The delivery process and schedule of each order received by Kanika are required to follow the time and schedule of the company. For Klang Valley order, we require 1-3 days to process your order and to deliver to your shipping address. For outstation order, we require 1-7 days to process your order and to deliver. We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to deliver your order if you have given us an incorrect shipping address. Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for the delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for the delivery. You will be advised to keep receipt of the delivered products as a reference in case of future communication with us. We only deliver all products in our standard packaging. All risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product. 

DELIVERY CHARGE

KANIKA MALAYSIA SDN BHD reserves the right to change the delivery charging rates and places coverage accordingly & when it deemed necessary. In the event of unforeseen circumstances failure to arrange delivery on the stipulated time, the second attempt of delivery arrangement might be made on the next available schedules.

Transportation and Administration Fees of RM1.00/kg to be charged for those cancelled order which already in the midst of delivery effective from 1st July 2023.
