JAPAN OYSTER MEAT (L-size) is a variation of oyster meat that is selected by Kanika due to its great texture and wonderful taste that speaks premium for itself. It is imported directly from Japan. Kaki or Oysters are a delicacy enjoyed the world over, and are often referred to as “sea milk” due to their high nutritional values—proteins such glycogen and amino acids, and minerals such as calcium and zinc.
