NEW ZEALAND HALFSHELL MUSSELS (TALLEY) is a variation of mussels selected by Kanika due to its succulent meat and premium in taste. The sweet and delicate flavour of the mussel compliments many cuisine styles. Tender and juicy when properly prepared, mussels have a distinctive flavour that lies somewhere between clams and oysters. Live mussels cook easily and are finished when they open.
